I’ve wanted to work with the wonderful team at EmDash for quite a while and finally got the call late last year. They had a little portrait piece they needed for a Harvard Business School Alumni Review article on the Serena Williams venture capital firm Serena Ventures and it’s investment manager Alison Rapaport.

I was able to get a little conceptual with the imagery, per the art direction and I really like how it turned out.
